JFPE renovated this spacious ground floor apartment in the popular area “De Pijp” in 2016. The apartment is 130 m2 including three bedrooms with build-in cabinets, large living area, bathroom and separate toilet.

We created a patio in the back of the house with sliding steel doors. The front of the building has been given a new look with the wooden window frames.

The whole house is equipped with floor heating.
